Upon renting with OPAR, your Property Manager will walk you through a step-by-step move-in orientation. Any questions with your heating, air conditioning and other mechanical systems can be answered at this time. You and your Property Manager will also fill out a move-in sheet together, which details the current status of your home while protecting your interests.
